The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation after the product has been shipped through our courier partner, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Conditions for Returns or Exchange:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that, the products were purchased in the last 7 days and products are in the original packaging.

The return or exchange will be applicable on the following:

  1. When you received a wrong or different item.
  2. When you received a damaged or faulty item.
  3. If the product is not damaged the client has to provide a reason for exchanging the product.

The following Products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Damaging of original item packaging.
  2. Sign of used items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning of Products:

We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.
